Sacred Heart provides many opportunities to transform our students into responsible members of the community. Yes, we may always have to remind them to clean their rooms, but you may be surprised to learn what they do for their school every day. Instead of doing the drop-off/pick-up thing, why not stick around or come a little early and help make the Sacred Heart Community stronger, smarter and secure.

Classroom

• Get gooey with art projects
• Help a child learn to read.
• Plan a party.
• Contact your teacher for their needs.

Library Aides

• Promote reading with our Book Fair
• Get in the Holiday Spirit with Santa's Shop

Dollars for Scholars

• Elves don't fill those orders out, people do! We even provide calculators for those who might be "addition-challenged"!
• Put your marketing skills to work and help make this program everything it can be!

Playground Monitors and Lunchroom Aides

• Spend some informal time with your kids and thier class. Rediscover the art of "play".
• Grab a bite and help the kids do the same! Help us keep everything tidy!

Protecting God's Children

All volunteers who spend a significant amount of time with our students are asked to attend a "Protecting God's Children" workshop, and possess all necessary clearences. The cost of this workshop is free. Contact the office for details.
