Emergency and Inclement Weather Procedures

Radio and television announcements are made in the event of the need to close school or to dismiss school early because of inclement weather, or some other emergency situation. Please listen to radio station WAEB AM790, WLEV FM 96 or tune into television, Channel 69.

Please do not call the school or rectory for information at these times. Lines must be kept open for communication with the bus companies and radio station.

Parents should review transportation plans with their children and, if necessary, arrange back up transportation (in the event of inclement weather) before the day when it might occur. Parents must notify the school in writing where the child is to go in case of an unanticipated early dismissal, should it be different than the Emergency Card address.
