A major goal of our cafeteria program is to provide nutritious lunches to our
students. A menu will be available at the beginning of each month. The basic
pre-ordered meal will include an entrée, dessert and milk.

How the Program Works for Parents
Menus will be sent home
Parents should make selections.
Cost of meals $3.25, extra entrees are available for $1.25 only when the mail meal is purchased.
Drinks and extra drinks may be purchased for $.60
Meals consist of: Entree, side, dessert and beverage.
Send Checks to: Bethlehem Catholic Dining Services and return to Sacred Heart School by the due date.
Please make sure your check payable to Bethlehem Catholic Dining Services. All returned checks will be charged a
$30 fee. Do not staple or paperclip checks to order forms. Put your order form and check ro cash in an
envelope and return to your homeroom teacher. Do not put any other papers in this envelope.
Make sure your child's full name and homeroom are on the order form, check and the envelope.
Please make sure your order is handed in by the due date on the order form. No late orders are accepted
Make sure to mark at home the days your child will receive lunch. If you have forgotton to do this,
the homeroom teacher will have a list by the 1st day of the new lunch menu. There will also be a copy
of the menu on the back of the school calendar, if you would like to use that for reference.
A drink is included in every lunch you order. Check drink only box only if you wish to order a 2nd
drink or if you have not ordered a lunch and want a drink for your child's packed lunch.
To calculate your order:
Mulitply # of complete lunches by $3.25
Multiply # of extra entrees by $1.25
Mulitply # drink orders by $.60
Add totals for amount owed.
Example
10 lunches @ $3.25 = $32.50
3 extra entrees @ $1.25 = $3.75
10 drink only @ $.60 = $6.00
Total due = $42.25
Credits for missed lunches will be given if a chld has an extended absence of more than 2 days. And for all snow days.
The amount of the credit will be at the top section of the following month's menu.
For children who have a milk alergy, we will provide apple or fruit punch which
is 100% fruit juice. If this is the case, please send a doctor's note to the
office saying that your child has a milk alergy.
