Tricky Tray At Sacred Heart

Welcome to the Biggest Event Sacred Heart School Sponsors!

Tricky Tray is a lot of fun. During the weekend event, people purchase tickets and place them in boxes placed in front of prizes they like. At the end of the event, tickets are drawn and prizes start piling up! While you're here, get lunch or dinner, have the kids get their face painted, and even visit with Santa!

All prizes are new and are donated from our school, parish and local businesses. We have 2 types of prize to offer. Each "regular" prize is valued at around $20-$50 dollars. We also feature a "big" prize table with stuff valued over $100.00!

All this fun takes a lot of work, and WE NEED EVERY FAMILY TO HELP! The PTA needs individuals to take on organizational roles and learn how this most important annual event comes together each year. The current organizers need to pass on this Sacred Heart tradition. This is your chance to get involved and make a difference.

Before the event, can you work on:

• Parish Donations? Involves recording who donated what. Shifts TBA, after Masses
• Public Relations? Spread the word, make sure the neighborhood attends!
• Decorations? 11/29/07 1:30pm = ? Help decorate the hall.
• Set-up 11/29/07 1:30pm = ? Set-up all those great gifts!

During the event, can you work on:

• Ticket Sales? Different shifts during days of the event.
• Kitchen? Help prepare, and serve all the yummy food! Different Shifts during the event
• Tear-away Ticket Sales? Different shifts during days of the event.
• Raffle Ticket Sales sales of our Grand Prize Raffle
• Photos with Santa & Face Painting Perfect for students in need of public service hours.
